Tudor Smock Muslin

Here is my muslin of the Tudor smock that is the current project. I've made it using my measurements. Ease has been changed from 8" in the book to 4". As I am a small person.

There are only a few changes to make. 1. Make it longer about 145cm in total length. 2. Change the sleeve length to take into account the extra 2" added to the arm syke. So that the cuff will sit on my wrist.
3. Make the gores longer to allow for the sleeve length.

This is my second foray into custom measured pattern making. I am learning a lot through making mistakes and reading good reference books on construction. Hopefully I will be able to make a little more complicated project from scratch when university goes on break again.

Enjoy your costuming it improves your mind.

Until next time.
